Our Adult Swimming Programs cater to a range of abilities including Learn to Swim, Development, Private Lessons, Adult Squad and a Triathlon Squad for those swimmers who are looking for more challenging sessions and a greater focus on aerobic capacity training with advanced stroke correction.

All private lessons cost $99 for a 30 minute one-on-one class. 

​​

Adult Learn to Swim and Development is $33 per class.

​

Adult Squad is $25.50 per session.

Book a private lesson with Olympic Champion Marleen Veldhuis. Looking for extra help or some confidence before joining a squad, then this is for you. Available Tue & Thu between 10.15 am & 2.15 pm

Tri Squad

Training for adults who are seeking challenging sessions whilst incorporating technique. Sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 5.30-7.00 am.
