Independent swimming, confidence and water skills are developed with the instructor  out of the water.

Swimmers will incorporate skills and drills to further develop swimming competence and water safety.

Enhanced skill and technique training with aerobic capacity development and advanced water safety skills. 

Swimmers are challenged aerobically and technically whilst developing principles of training and performing water rescues.
